Available berths
We offer 60 berths for boats up to 12.5 meters long. Currently there are still some free spots available. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like a berth. After filling the available spots, we again work with a waiting list, with allocation based on the date of signing the agreement. Passersby can book a temporary spot through the Bluewater app.
Welcome promotion: €250 for new liggers on first lying year!
Notice! Temporary or permanent occupancy will not be allowed. Also, your boat should be well maintained and also visually neat looking
Mooring Fees & Rates
The annual mooring fee (season April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027) for the Red Apple Marina depends on the length of the boat and the desired box size:
<6 meters: €1,840 (berth numbers 17-24 + 59)
6-8 meters: €2,150 (berth numbers 39-58 and 17-24)
8-10 meters: €2,730 (berth numbers 2-14 and 25-28)
10-12 meters: €3,310 (berth numbers 1 and 29-34, 39&40)
Temporary welcome offer for new liggers: When entering into a two-year agreement 10% discount on first two years
Regular moorers receive a 30% discount on overnight stays, rental of the floating meeting/event venues, water sports rentals and the Harbour Wellness (incl. membership).

Winter storage
We do not offer winter storage ourselves, but you can take boats up to about 8 meters in length to Stijlo Botenstalling in Nieuwerkerk aan de IJssel.

Additional Services and Facilities
- Electricity consumption: €0.45 per kWh (prices as of January 2026; subject to periodic adjustment).
- Service fees: Includes maintenance of marina facilities, electricity and water connection fees, water usage, security, use of restrooms and showers, and participation in events.
- Security: Access to the port is secured with an electronic lock, operable from your cell phone or with a physical tag. HD cameras continuously monitor the port.
- Parking: Affordable parking is available under the Markthal (starting at €10 per day); see www.parkereninmarkthal.nl. Or in the parking lot of The Red Apple on Wijnbrugstraat (max. €24 per 24 hours).
Helpful boating tips
Supervision River Cruises
Since January 2025, our team of harbor masters, on behalf of the Municipality of Rotterdam, has also functioned as supervisor/steiger manager for the River Cruise ships moored along Boompjeskade, Oosterkade and Rhijnspoorkade.
We see to it that they are docked there at the right places and times and adhere to the agreements made with the Municipality of Rotterdam.
